General Refund Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your Batanura product, we offer a no-strings-attached 30-day return window from the date of purchase for a full refund.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

• Products must be new and unused with all tags and packaging for full product integrity and sanitary compliance. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be subject to a partial refund.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• The customer is responsible for return handling and shipping costs. We recommend a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
• Items must arrive at one of our nearest warehouse within 30 days of the delivery date confirmed by the shipping company.

Non-Refundable Costs

• Handling and shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is processed, the cost of shipping and returning the item to our warehouse will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  
• Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses that cannot be delivered are not eligible for a refund.
• We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit once they are with the carrier.

Refunds

• Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a certain number of days, minus any non-refundable costs.
• Expedited processing, shipping, and insurance costs are not refundable.

Customer Remorse

If you wish to return an item due to purchasing the wrong product, changing your mind, or for an exchange, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Damages and Incorrect Products on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us immediately at batanuraa@gmail.com with your order number and detailed photos or videos of the product and packaging. We are committed to resolving such issues with a replacement. Please note that we are not responsible for damages caused by the shipping company.

Initiating a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at batanuraa@gmail.com. Do not send your purchase back to us without prior approval. Returns not following our protocol will not be accepted.

Cancellations

Orders not yet shipped can be canceled and fully refunded. Once an item is dispatched, it cannot be modified or canceled. For items delivered but unwanted, a full refund for unused items is possible within the 30-day window.
